About Me
Katy Edwards
Hello, I'm Katy. After years of working across multiple organisations in both the public and private sectors, I set up Forest Digby with three aims:
- To positively disrupt the status quo of people development.
- To help individuals and businesses get sh*t done while still being impactful, effective and kind to one another.
- To challenge and support others to achieve their goals, whether personal or professional
I'm excited to work with you to help you and your business move forward.
Experience
We love a bit of variety, and I've had plenty of it over the course of my career. Below is a non-exhaustive list of some of the exciting projects I've led.
- Redesign and delivery of a bespoke, blended learning management & leadership development programme.
- Led onboarding, induction, and set up several international offices.
- End-to-end LMS embedding includes analysis, creation, training, development plan, and sync to the HR system.
- End-to-end creation of an L&D department for UK and international employees.
- Support of merger takeovers in Switzerland and Belgium.
- End-to-end re-design and delivery of an induction programme.
- Analysis, design, launch and management of several talent management programmes including annual reviews.
- Consulting on, creating and delivering new client account launches.
- Written and facilitated multiple leadership programmes across numerous industries.
